At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, allowing returns on unworn and factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the personal nature of body jewelry, items with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is in its original, unopened heat-sealed packaging and that the request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the sealed items in a padded envelope or small box along with your order slip to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
